- What Are Your January Games?

I’m getting a little annoyed. Every week there has been a game I have been looking forward to that had to fall to the wayside. A game I anticipated, read stories on, watched videos of, and expected to play that I just couldn’t – there wasn’t enough time in the week. Most of these games need to be pushed to January, where I might finally be able to play them. I figure I’m not alone, and plenty of people out there have “January Games” that they will absolutely buy or play, once they finally have some time.
Here’s my list:
- Saints Row 2
- World of Goo
- Penny Arcade Adventures: On the Rain-Slick Precipice of Darkness Episode Two
- Spider-Man: Web of Shadows
- Blitz: The League II
- Fracture
- Mega Man 9
- Sonic Chronicles: The Dark Brotherhood
- Wario Land: Shake It!
- Lego Batman
- Tom Clancy's EndWar
- Legendary
- Motorstorm 2
- Midnight Club: LA
And those are just the ones released so far. Each week has another one or two to add to the list. What are your “January Games,” and are there any you’re specifically upset you had to sit out? I really wish I had time for World of Goo and Rain-Slick myself. What about you?

I think I'm going to continue to play my current games throughout the rest of the year. Sure I've got games on my holiday wish list for the family to buy (if they wish to, that is) but I do have to say there's only a few titles that I really want. I just can't afford all of them when I want them.
Gears of War 2
Fable 2
Valkyria Chronicles
Left 4 Dead
Guitar Hero: World Tour (or) Rock Band 2
Prince of Persia and Tiger Woods '09 for good measure.
What is KZ2?
Just a bunch of 2's....Fable 2, Farcry 2, Penny Arcade Ep. 2, Resistance 2, and surprisingly enough, Gears 2 is probably gonna get pushed back as well.....I mean "too"...
Oh, and Left 4 Dead.
so far its just Lord of the Rings Conquest. Though I dont really know how much january time i will have. I will just be getting Persona 4 in December and i dont think will finish it in December with Valkyria Chronicles probably still on my plate as well as LBP, Socom, Eternal Poison and possibly R2. I probably wont pick up any of the shooters i have passed on (Far Cry 2, Bioshock, CoD5, Legendary to name a few) because KZ2 comes in February.
Mirror's Edge, maybe World of Goo, I can almost guarantee I won't be done with Fallout 3 by January either. I would like to play Saints Row 2 at some point as well.
Spider-Man, Mirror's Edge (even though i really want it now), Midnight Club, and Chrono Trigger round out my January games. I don't know about End War... between L4D and Gears, my online life is pretty much spoken for until MLB 09 hits shelves.
