The BioWare store has updated this weekend, as promised by their Twitter, with four new pieces that should get any RPG fan excited. For Dragon Age, they've added two limited edition lithographs, both of which cost $29.99, and both of which are limited to 350 prints. Both are also signed by the artist, making them a fantastic collectors item. Especially if you're like us, and love collecting random gaming stuff that we don't have enough money to keep buying. The first shows a demonic dragon, and the second, below, shows a demonic demon.

On the Mass Effect side, there is an awesome lithograph and a terrible statue. The lithograph is a limited print, and only 300 299 are available. It's $30, 18 x 24, and is also signed by the artist. To sweeten the deal, they've even given a nice little description of the work on their website:

This poster is of a city heavily influenced by the Asari race. It does not however, contain any naked blue aliens. It does however contain the suggestion of many, many naked blue aliens behind all those closed windows. You see where I’m going with this.

There's also a statue, which is overpriced and disappointing. It might be because I saw what NECA was working on this past weekend and it's hard to stack up to their quality, but a $55 8" figure that looks this muddy is a waste. There are 1500 of them in the shop, and I think you have plenty of time to pick them up. They're not going anywhere.

 

So, picking anything up? I've already grabbed one of the Mass Effect lithographs, but I'm thinking I might stay away from the rest. The statue is just too expensive (and too fugly), and I'm not willing to invest in Dragon Age merch until I've played it. I mean, I'm sure it's going to be good and all, but I don't know if I need a giant demon painting on my wall. Alien world? That's a whole different story.
