- Free Halo 3 Downloadable Content Today for Bungie Day

July 7th means two things in the gaming community. For one, it is Gamervision’s Nikkita’s birthday, so be sure to post kind comments on her page. Secondly, and (no offense) more importantly, it is Bungie Day! This year, to celebrate the random day that Bungie decided to make their own, there are three, free downloads, two of which are exclusive to 07/07.
The map Cold Storage will be free from now on, and if you are a fan of Halo 3 and could ever see yourself jumping into more online battles you might as well download it today. While perusing the Xbox Live Marketplace be sure to pick up the free gamerpics and theme, since they will be taken down and deleted from the world after today.
They all just finished downloading on my Xbox, and I am really digging the Bungie Day '08 theme. Later in the day I should have impressions of Cold Storage to post, so be sure to check back. It looks like I am dusting off the old Halo 3 disk and giving it another go, after my recent gaming experiences it can’t be anything but euphoric.

I love the theme and gamerpics,
and cold storage isnt what i expected but i like it
The Legendary Map pack is now 600 points, so I picked that up. Great freebies as well! Cold Storage is pretty neat.
Cool! I'm glad I didn't waste money on the DLC. Today will be the day of downloading!
