OH DEAR GOD.

In an interview with IGN, senior producer of Ninja Gaiden 2, Tomonobu Itagaki, hinted at an eventual demo for his anticipated bloodfest:

"I'm not one to comment and say 'this is great' and 'that's great' and 'my game has got these amazing elements. That's not something I would say out of nowhere, that's something that the games really speak for themselves. Look at the trailer ... look at the game play. That's why we have things like downloadable demos out there, [and] that will be coming at some point." - Tomonobu Itagaki

This is a good candidate for a demo for the same reason Devil May Cry makes for a good demo. Plot, characters, and level design take a back seat to blood, guts and combos. Give me a room and a ninja and I will give you a fantastic demo. Play through a hundred times, each time aiming to cut a different thing off of a different monster. This game is like the demon version of Soldier of Fortune: Payback with gameplay!

Could this help the game? I know the Bioshock demo completely blew me away and pumped me up to an insane level. Any demos do that for you?
