Been a gamer since my parents got me and my brothers an NES. Since then, I've played numerous games on the SNES, all gameboy versions, PS1 & PS2, Gamecube, Nintendo DS, PC, and the Wii. Only listing my Wii games because it's my main console right now. Big fan of RPG's, MMO's (I beat my WoW addiction. Been sober for almost 2 years now!), and more. |

The summer was pretty much all work for me. Not too much fun other than going to the movies and some birthday parties. Played games less this summer than ever due to just how busy everything is right now. Just recently moved into a new place and have more space and don't have to share a gaming spot with my brother-in-law. That's always a good thing.
As for anime I unpacked my boxes that had the DVD's and just started re-watching a bunch of stuff. I'll post my catalog another day. I'm tired. Just got done playing a very disappointing round of golf. My recent anime is Gad Guard, Gantz and Burst Angel. I watch those at work (in cycles) and at home I've watched all of Vandread and am watching Nadia: Secret of the Blue Water. Such is the world at the moment.
I'm going back to school and have to admit I'm a little nervous because it's been nine years since I was last in a scholastic program.
How's it been going? Haven't really checked in on quite a few people in the past month, so I'm cramming as many as I can while I'm not doing anything here at work.
Any good games played, movies watched, anime (if you like it)?
I hate to ruin this for you but Mushroom Kingdom Hearts was an April Fool's joke. Just like this year with the Lego Halo. EGM just keeps shooting people in the heart once a year.
Sadly, I did get to play Castlevania Judgement. Th controls are somewhere between awful and God-awful. How bd? All I'll say is this; your main attack is performed by shaking the Wiimote. NOT good. Not good at all.

As you know by my blog postings I've already watched The Dark Knight and loved every second of it. Hellboy 2 was good, too. Let's see. Current games are Final Fantasy VII (never played it), Crisis Core (ongoing chore of mine to beat ONE boss towards the end of the game), Drake's Fortune for PS3 and Hot Shots Golf for PSP.
You said you were either getting Okami or Madden '09 for the Wii, right? I think you should pick up Okami. I had it for the PS2 and it was a lot of fun. I lent it to a friend and she moved away. Sucks not having it but I'll always have the memories. ((tears form))
Madden is Madden. Okami is different. It's unique and a lot of fun. Sometimes it can let you down during boss battles but if it weren't for that we wouldn't play games, would we?

my weekend was FANTASTIC. last night i went with some friends to penns landing in philly for fireworks on the waterfront. i had no idea boyz II men would be playing but low and behold...they did.

Yeah the videos look amazing. Diablo is one of my favorite game series so I can't wait. Maybe next year Lost Viking.
I think I just used some Oil of Olaff cause I'M PUMPED! Yeah I think WotLK or SC2 release date is too obvious. And I don't think they would announce WotLK release date yet at the game isn't even in beta yet...so it's GOT to be something else. I suppose we'll know more tonight. Oh and I guess that penguin is possibly a new creature from WotLK.
I was going to say that it looks like an atom of some sort but there's only 1 circle in the first ring. Reminds me of the priest barracks from W3.
Hahaha, that'd be great if they announced a release date for that. Unfortunately I think Starcraft Ghost is among the ranks of Warcraft Adventures. I guess we'll see some more runes for the next few days and there will be an official announcement at WWI.

Haha, yeah I thought it may be some weird Blackthorne game too. But I read somewhere that Blizzard confirmed that it is a new title. Just about an hour and a half to go.
Yeah I saw that and I can't wait for tonight! I'll probably post an update for that rune and whatever they launch tonight. What do you think the purple thing is? I thought it may be a plucked Skettis at one point but...yeah let's just hope it's more Lost Vikings!!
