I actually did mention the boys death but she asked me to omit it from the final essay. I didn't like having to take it out. It made a point towards the immature point of gaming. From the parents to the children to the media. I almost mentioned the stores in Canada didn't hold midnight releases for Gears of War but she wouldn't have understood in the end. I included the definitions of a video game because she has NO CLUE of what they are.

Definitely going to look into getting GoW:2 this weekend. I appreciate the comment of the purchase, but it's my own fault I don't have it ready for purchase as of yet. Maybe I'll make enough money on Friday to pick it up. It comes out on Saturday, after all, so I have plenty of time to pick it up!
Sorry for your having to work again today. You have my condolences on that one. As for the gaming grind, tonight I should be online around 10pm, or so, for a little bit. Not sure yet. I need to finish that rough draft for my essay. Oh, I'm posting both the rough draft and the final versions of the essay on the site.

At least you have the energy, today, to do things. I can't afford to pick up GoW:2 unless I can find money or trade-ins. I wonder if they're going to do that "Trade In Two Games, Get This For $20" this week for that like they're doing for Fable II. That would be the only way I can get it. But then again I think I ran out of trade-ins. I'm going to start using Gamefly again. It's worth it and I can't always afford what I want. If I can do that trade-in thing it's definitely going to be a purchase. If not it goes on the holiday wish list, like a few other titles.
Left 4 Dead looks freakin' awesome! I just watched the opening cinematic. It looks like a movie, that's how good it looks. Can't wait to try it out. Is there a demo coming out for it that you know of?
