Slot car racer tracks were definitely a shared love between my brother and I during our childhood. Sadly, like most slot car racer tracks, our's was a piece of crap that would only work with lottery like odds. However, this 8 Lane Scalextric track from the Events House looks ready to deliver 110%. While 8 cars may seem like a whole lot of commotion, the track is computer controlled to keep track of laps and winners. Sadly, this awesome track is only available for rent for promotional events and parties. Boo!

If you're a forgetful person, an antsy person or a compulsive graffiti-er, these mugs would be a great way to start off your day. In spirit of the dry erase fridge, I felt compelled to post these mugs, even if the picture caption is kind of obvious and redundant (and redundancy totally offends me. Yeah!). Anyways, if you got the wiggles in the morning and are need of a distraction, you can order yourself a tic tac toe, to do list or hangman mug for $12.95 from here.

While we've been living through a time of increasingly increased airport security, who would have guessed that liquids would be a "risk". As inconvenient as it may be, there's always a solution to everything. If you're in need of shampoo and a light luggage load, don't even bother checking in any bags. Paper Shampoo not only passes through security but won't take up any extra weight or space. All in all, it's a traveler's hygiene's best friend.
Paper Shampoo is available from Spoon Sisters in a 30 sheet-per-box 2 pack (say that three times fast) for $12.50.

I know, right?
Mmkay, here's the deal. That little guy above is New Wave Nigel, one of the toys included in the McDonald's American Idol themed Happy Meal. Clearly sporting a Devo hat, the band isn't to happy to ripped off by the mega fast food monster.
"We are in the midst of suing them," (Devo's Jerry) Casale told AAP.
"This New Wave Nigel doll that they've created is just a complete Devo rip-off and the red hat is exactly the red hat that I designed, and it's copyrighted and trademarked.
"They didn't ask us anything. Plus, we don't like McDonald's, and we don't like American Idol, so we're doubly offended.
Wuh oh! Seriously though, I would LOVE to see Devo destroy McDonald's. Especially if they wear the hats in court. Come on guys! Crack that whip!

I got to pay respect to our gaming elders, the board games, but I'm kind of lost for words for the Reebox Reverse Jam Monopoly pack which includes a sneak for each aspect of the game including the gameboard, game pieces and some of that green.
Hell, I love me some ugly sneaks, but I can't tell if these are kitschy or oogly. I mean, you can't really go wrong with the gray and black there, but the game board pair? Uh... I don't know what to say. What do you guys think of Reebox's take on the classic board game?
