Your local Spacecowboy here in special need,
My Xbox will not connect to the internet for some strange reason do to a "DNS failure." If anyone knows how to resolve this issue, response to this post would be greatly appreciated. K thx. :)

I got it fixed now. Thanks for all your help guys :)
Double check your router setting, just like the one website Steak gave. That might help out.
Have you tried unplugging the xbox and then plugging it back in? If the answer is yes your coffin will arrive in the mail within 7-1o days.
Try switching your DNS to OpenDNS (http://www.opendns.com/). You can do this within your router config.
Wired. Tried with the two DNS server ips I had, and it didin't work out.
Are you connected with as wired or wireless?
