Baby Felix Creativity Center is a program designed to help children ages three to six master essential early learning skills. Children can interact with and be entertained by Baby Felix (the cat) while also being instructed on the basics in art, music, shapes, and colors. Leading child educators helped develop the game's three-level difficulty system to allow children to use the program independently or with an adult.

Baby Felix Creativity Center offers three activities: a music center (designed to teach kids how to play and create songs using a color-coded keyboard), choosing shapes and colors (designed to teach recognition), and a paint and draw area (create, color, and decorate coloring and scrap book pages and slide shows).
