The second title in Zoo Games' budget-friendly franchise, Calvin Tucker's Redneck: Farm Animals Racing Tournament is a kart-style racing game, featuring eight anthropomorphic farm animal characters and five physics-defying courses. Players ride as a bull, a cow, a pig, a sheep, a frog, a goat, a chicken, or a fox, aboard stripped-down dune buggies, souped-up tractors, and other rural motor vehicles. Tracks run through bustling farmland, Egyptian deserts, arctic mountains, and additional themed locales. The Wii edition of the game supports tilt-to-steer control and is compatible with snap-on steering wheel accessories. The first Calvin Tucker featured a collection of mini-games designed around stereotypical hillbilly jokes. Although presented with the same lowbrow comedy -- the acronym implied by the subtitle, for example -- Farm Animal Racing Tournament focuses on exaggerated-action racing with lots of farm animal humor. The developers are racing game veterans at Team6, whose previous releases for Wii include Monster Trucks Mayhem and Glacier 2. ~ T.J. Deci, All Game Guide
