Chess is a videogame version of the board game. In Chess you control either the white or black pieces and attempt to put your opponent's king in checkmate.

You can play against a friend, the computer, or watch the computer play against itself. There are seven levels of difficulty to help you improve your skills. During gameplay you have the ability to take back your last move, replay moves, let the computer take your move, and set up special board situations.
