Sage Blackjack Simulator is a blackjack game for Windows-based computers. Using
many user-defined options, the game can simulate the house rules for blackjack at most
of the popular casinos in the United States and the world.
Up to seven players may play Sage Blackjack Simulator at the same time. Any seat at
the table can be unplayed, played by a human player, or played by the computer. At least
one of the seats must be played by a human player. Computer simulations are not
available.
A random or casino-style shuffle is used to shuffle the cards. Players can choose to play
with one to eight decks of cards. The minimum bet, maximum bet, and shuffling point
can all be defined by the player. Various statistics such as current bankroll, largest
bankroll, smallest bankroll, winnings, number of rounds played, and more are saved by
the game automatically.
The object of this card game is to try and reach the number 21 without going over or
"busting." If players get closer to 21 than the dealer, or if the dealer busts, the players
win. If the dealer gets closer to 21 than the players, or the players bust, then the players
lose. Players are paid twice their original bets, unless a player gets "Blackjack" (an Ace
and a card worth ten points). Blackjacks pay three to two.
Sage Blackjack Simulator allows players to being with a bankroll between $1,000 and
$50,000. Players who lose all of their money are still allowed to play, but their bankroll
will be negative. ~ Anthony Baize, All Game Guide
