Gamers shoot their way through seven levels of frantic side-scrolling action in an attempt to save the galaxy from a technologically advanced race bent on destruction in Söldner-X 2: Final Prototype. With the belligerent D'aarg menace threatening the galaxy, humanity puts its last hope in a prototype ship that players must pilot through levels set underwater, in ice caves, and in outer space. Each stage is swarming with enemies, and at the end of every level gamers must deal with massive boss characters that fill the screen with deadly projectiles. Players can unlock a number of bonus features in the "Challenge" mode, while high-definition graphics and more than 30 throbbing music tracks are designed to provide a frenzied atmosphere.
