The world's most popular puzzle game comes to mobile devices with the release of Tetris. The classic gameplay involves positioning falling block-like pieces called Tetriminos to create horizontal lines that disappear from the playing field. Players must quickly clear as many lines as possible to keep the Tetriminos from piling up and ending the game. In addition to the standard "marathon" mode, players can compete in an "ultra" mode that limits the action to two minutes, and a "40 line" mode that ends the game after completing 40 lines. Key features include randomly generated backgrounds, five rotation schemes, ghost pieces, and 15 speed levels. High scores are also tracked for each mode. ~ Scott Alan Marriott, All Game Guide
