The former Soviet Union is in a state of mess in the real world, but it's even worse in Tom Clancy's Politika, a game of political intrigue in modern day Russia. The premise is realistic (almost too realistic actually) -- Boris Yeltsin dies in 1998 and a major power struggle ensues for control of Mother Russia. The factions include Reformers (and former Yeltsin supporters), Ultra-Nationalists, the KGB, the Military, Separatists, and the Russian Mafia. Even the Church and Communists are trying to grab their own piece of Russia.
