Games of this style are based on the (chiefly British) sport of cricket, which features elements of both baseball and croquet. An objective is to move the a ball through wickets and a large flattened bat is used to knock the ball away. While some cricket games feature exaggerated play, or incorporate unconventional elements, they are still classified as this style.
