First-Person Action RPG
Style
A first-person action RPG is primarily played from the first-person viewpoint, although there may be times when the perspective shifts to the third-person (such as during combat or while traveling between towns). What separates action RPGs from traditional role-playing games is their real-time combat. Role-playing games that offer turn-based combat and default to the first-person perspective when walking through dungeons or in cities are considered first-person RPGs.
