Alpha Protocol Gets a Release Date

Did you think that October couldn't get any better? Well, it just has. Besides being the month that Schafer's Brutal Legend is being released, it is also going to see Obsidian's Alpha Protocol. We'll all be espionage-ing on October 6th, kicking off what is going to amount to the best Rocktober in years.
I think it's safe to say that we're all excited about Alpha Protocol in the Gamervision office, but very skeptical. It's ambitious, and looks to take some of the best aspects of the James Bond movies and mix them with the things that made Mass Effect so damn fun. The problem is, it looks a lot like Rise of the Argonauts, which ended up being god awful. Then again, when Rise was pushed out the door late December to die a horrible death, Alpha was actually pushed back, allowing for more time and polish. The box art is below, anyone else cautiously awaiting this title?
