Battlefield 1943's Release Date Confirmed

The rumors were true. EA has confirmed (via Twitter, of course) that Battlefield 1943 will, indeed, be available next week on the PlayStation Network and Xbox Live. Clear some time.
As per usual, it will follow the typical release pattern of downloadable games this generation. Xbox 360 owners will be playing 1943 on July 8th, with the PlayStation Network receiving the title the following night during the Thursday PlayStation Update. As previously reported, the game will cost $15 in real money, and whatever that translates to in Microsoft funny money. In other words, it's a must purchase, so go find the money and stand in line. You'll surely get a lot of bang for your buck. Get it? Because the game has explosions.
We've loved our time with Battlefield 1943 at the different events we've played it at in the past few months, and will definitely be first in line to download the game. Anyone else looking forward to enlisting next week?
