Today it was announce that Cataclysm closed beta testing will begin soon!!!!  A reminder to everyone out there who has a Battle.net account to make sure that your World of Warcraft Beta options are checked off so you can receive an invite if chosen.  To do this just go to the beta profile settings on your battle.net account management page.
