Sam & Max Season One Dated for Wii?
What the hell, Sam & Max Season One for the Wii? I’ve been waiting for you to come out since you were announced, and as of two weeks ago, you still had no solid release date other than “Fall 2008”. Game Informer reviewed the game in their latest issue, which lists the game as coming out tomorrow. This is clearly not true, unless Telltale was trying to surprise gamers in the same way Sega did with the Saturn console (and we all know how well that turned out).
However, the GameStop website now lists Sam & Max Wii as having a ship date of November 3, meaning that the game would be in stores the next day. Say what you want about GameStop, but their information is typically fairly accurate and they’ve been the first to know about several games in the past. If this is true, it’s a little disappointing that I still have to wait a few months before finally playing through Season One, but hey, it’s better than not having it at all.
We have contacted Telltale to see what they have to say about the Sam & Max release date, and will let you know when we hear back.

The original PC Sam & Max game from the 90s was a great point-and-click adventure, I'm so happy to see these games making a bit of a comeback.
