360 Avatars Get Mass Effect Garb

Major Nelson has announced today that the Xbox Marketplace has been updated with a host of new clothing options, allowing gamers to dress their avatars in Mass Effect fashion. The new clothes, which include helmets, shirts, and a few accessories, can be purchased either a la carte or as full suits. The prices range from 80
for some of the smaller items, to 320
for the full get-ups.
I usually don't spend my money on the avatar clothes, especially since when you equip them, it only shows up on your system and not on your friends list. But these here may be the exception to that rule. Right now, I'm leaning towards the Garrus eye piece. I'm the kind of guy that likes facial tattoos, but only in the abstract.

Damnit, this is just a shady Microsoft tactic to break me down and force me to spend money.
