Rock Band Guitar Pictures Released
In a newsletter earlier today, GameStop released a pair of long-awaited pictures of the new guitar gamers will use on the game Rock Band. Based on a Fender Stratocaster design, the new controller features 10, count-em, 10 buttons!
In the same newsletter we learn that players of Rock Band will be able to "reverb, flange, wah, delay and more" in order to make every performance its own. I smell an effects pedal coming...

to help clarify the extra five buttons. They are the "solo/tapping" buttons and are only used in the solo section of the song so you will not have to worry about switching between the ten. While used these smaller frets you will not need to strum and can easily use both hands to tap around. I personally think it is a genius idea.
