Ubisoft Files Trademark for "Just Dance"

Ubisoft, the developer behind such amazing titles as Assassin's Creed, Tom Clancy's G.R.A.W., and Prince of Persia (not to mention such un-amazing shovelware titles as Petz: Horsez Club, Imagine Babyz, and My Secret World) has applied for a trademark for a game to be entitled "Just Dance". The application, being a goverment form and all, does not off any details as to what kind of game dance fans the world over can expect, other than to list the various kinds of media it will be played on - "software games recorded on CD-ROM and digital video discs for computers".
Chances are pretty good that this is going to be another rhythm game, possibly in the style of Dance Dance Revolution or Pump It Up. Of course in a world where Project Natal is on the horizon, there is always the possibility and hope that Just Dance will be Ubisoft's first foray into a motion based game. Because otherwise, I can't see myself getting to excited to play yet another DDR clone. What about you?
