LucasArts and BioWare corp. announced today that they will once again be working together on what has so far been referred to only as an “interactive entertainment project.”  The pairing that brought us the epic Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic series promised to “deliver an experience that will span the traditional boundaries of video game entertainment.”  While I honestly can't even pretend to have a clue what that sentence means, the mere mention of these two companies in the same sentence is enough to fill fanboys worldwide with a sense of wide-eyed anticipation.

Best part: No Hayden Christensen 

 Could we finally see KoTOR III?  We know that BioWare has been working on an undisclosed MMO title, so is it possible that it will be based off of the KoTOR fiction?  Maybe they’ll throw us all a curve ball and announce an Indiana Jones top-down RPG.  Only time will tell, but for now, I’m perfectly happy to idly make wild speculations about what exactly these two are up to.
